walk into the backyard, look at the space and take measurements. They

| Why did I select American Deck over any
other contractors? Were there specific variables that helped make
my decision? Sean Conway did and excellent job of explaining the entire design
process from beginning to the end of my project. Sean was knowledgeable,
experienced and flexible. The pictures of decks and the 3D CAD drawing
really helped me envision the roof design. I felt comfortable discussing
with Sean my ideas and thoughts for my project. Sean suggested the
Procell decking which we love. Sean was able to actualize my concept
for a perfect screened in sun porch, which my family has had many
continued hours of pleasure using. Working with Sean and his team was a very positive experience.

| I just wanted to let American Deck know
how pleased we are with out new multi level deck. The Procell looks
great and is really easy to keep clean. The curvy shape of the deck design caused a lot of deck companies
to shy away from the job or give a really high bid. Many companies
could not show us similar jobs in their portfolio and I knew it
would be a learning experience for them. Your bid was a fair price
and you really worked with us to fit our budget. Your honesty and
professionalism during our meeting made us comfortable choosing
American Deck. When the crew was building the deck, they came to me often with
questions about how we wanted every little detail to look. It was
truly a custom deck built just the way we wanted the crew did a
very professional job of matching the really curvy edge of my retaining
wall. The Fortress iron rail works great on the lower ground level

| Our deck and patio is more beautiful than
we ever imagined it would be and we are extremely pleased. Aside from
being beautiful, the deck is very well constructed and all of the
detail and finishing touches make it extra nice. From the very beginning, when the estimate was done to the finished
product, everyone from your company has conducted themselves with

my wife are about the final construction of our new Fiberon deck and
Dreamspace sunroom. We have received nothing but compliments from

new home, in the yellow pages. Not having experience or references
for a deck builder, we were apprehensive; especially with recent news
of collapsing decks. We wanted to find a local, established company
with expertise in decks. Your ad drew our attention. We called and
within days had an appointment with you at our convenience. During the initial meeting with American Deck, we were impressed
by your professional presentation. The many photos showed the quality
and customization of your work. Your company profile gave us security
in your experience. Overall, your demeanor made our meeting relaxed,

| We are very pleased with the whole experience
building our low maintenance Trex deck and screened room. We had no
idea that there were so many composite products to choose from. Andy
was able to differentiate the products for us so we could make an
informed choice. The sales person, Andy, came out when I was convenient
for me and around my schedule. The crew was on time and very professional
and organized with materials and worked well together. Being on time
is a real plus. They answered all of my questions. Overall the experience
